Why are there price differences between two items of the same product category (i.e. two shirts)?
The price of a garment is affected by the choice of fabric (in the case of dress shirts) and various other design options such as contrast fabrics, embroidery etc.
For piqué polos and chinos as well as shorts, the price depends only on the options you choose when designing, not the fabric.
Where is the cotton for your fabrics grown?
We do not have detailed information regarding the origin of the cotton, but we primarily buy fabrics from Arvind Mills and Morarjee Textiles who both have several environmental and quality certificates.
What are the shipping costs?
Regardless of the number of shirts or other products in your order, the final shipping costs will never exceed the cost of sending just one shirt.
How do I order more than one product in one and the same order?
After adding one item to your shopping cart, you simply choose the option "Design another" or "Goto start page" to be able to continue filling your shopping cart. Will my new garment shrink, and if so, how much?
Our fabrics are sanforized or pre-washed to reduce shrinkage to a minimum, but cotton fabrics may still shrink a little bit. We adjust for shrinkage regarding to the choice of a particular fabric made by you when ordering shirts. This implies that the shirt will be slightly larger before the first wash and will first match the final measurements provided by you afterwards. Our piqué polos are washed after production to shrink to the final measurements prior to delivery.
Do you offer easy care/iron free shirts?
Several of our fabrics are treated in a way that makes them easy-care. You can find more detailed information about all fabrics in the section "Our fabrics". In general, please avoid tumble-drying and leave the shirt to dry on a hanger instead which will also reduce the effort of ironing.
Where can I learn more about the different fabrics?
Click on the small magnifying glass in the shirt designer or use the filter in the section "Our fabrics" to get even more detailed information about the fabrics. You can also order fabric samples by clicking on the red scissor symbol next to a fabric to add a swatch to the sample book in your shopping cart.

Which fit should I choose?
When choosing a fit, your comfort is the most important factor to take into consideration.
For shirts:
Our Slim fit model is accurately cut to match your body without unwanted excess fabric. Please note that we of course add movement room to your shirt when producing it.
If you want a little more movement room in your shirt we recommend our Normal fit. This is also cut to match your figure, but leaves a little more ease for you to move. A comfortable fit while still being formal.
For casual occasions or if you are a big person, try our Loose fit. This is a straight cut, leaving much more movement room in your shirt. As this fit leaves quite a bit of extra fabric on the shirt, it is not recommended for formal occasions
For piqué polos:
Normal fit is very comfortable with ample room for movement.
Slim fit is tighter and cut to follow your body shape closer
