To help you find an answer quickly to the most frequently questions, you will find the most common issues compiled below. The questions are divided into categories to further facilitate the search process. You can also search for an answer using a relevant keyword.
Placing orders
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Click on the Accessories menu on top and select gift certificate. Choose either one of the values already or decide for an individual one for your gift voucher. To use a gift certificate, enter the code written on the certificate at the checkout. Through clicking "OK", the discount will automatically be deducted from your order value irrespective if the value of your order is higher than the value of your gift certificate.
How do I order more than one product in one and the same order?
After adding one item to your shopping cart, you simply choose the option "Design another" or "Goto start page" to be able to continue filling your shopping cart. You can also copy a shirt or polo piqué design from the cart to alter it into a new design. When you are done, just click on the checkout button to proceed with payment.
How do I order a garment similar to the one I ordered last time?
On "my page" that shows up as soon as you have logged in you will find a button called "Order history". Click on this button and you will be able to review all your previous orders. Click on the red order number to find out details, for example shirt and fabric, related to that particular order. Click on the red text and you will find a new page where you can "load this shirt to the shirt designer". Then you review the design and check that the fabric is ok. In case the fabric you ordered last time is out of stock we ask you to select a new fabric.
This feature is also available for polo piqués and boxer shorts.
What is the delivery time?
Our ordinary delivery time is about 4-5 weeks for custom-made garments, but may vary depending on the order situation. Products kept in stock like ties and cuff links will within 1 week after you have placed your order, if they are not part of an order containing custom-made products. You can also choose "Split delivery" at checkout to receive products in stock faster at an extra charge. You will find more information about delivery times if you click on "Shipping" above.
I would like to send my order as a gift - how do I enter name and address of the recipient?
If you want the shirt to be delivered to another name and address, you will have to change your profile temporarily. In other words, you change name and address but leave all other information unaltered. As soon as the order has been delivered, you log in and change back to your own information again.
How do I change my address?
You can change all personal information yourself by logging in to "My page" and select "Change information".
Will my measurement profiles be saved for future orders?
Yes, your complete profile will be stored until you choose to delete or alter it. When placing your next order, you simply design your new item and add the previously saved profile with your individual measurements.
Where can I learn more about the different fabrics?
Click on the small magnifying glass in the shirt designer or use the filter in the section "Our fabrics" to get even more detailed information about the fabrics. You can also order fabric samples by clicking on the red scissor symbol next to a fabric to add a swacth to the sample book in your shopping cart.
Do you make custom-made garments for ladies as well?
Our dress shirts and polo piqués are also available for women and the fit can be chosen in the first step in our shirt designer.
Can I order a shirt with short sleeves?
Yes, you select short sleeve as your third option under step 1. You enter the sleeve length as per your own measurement later on in the measurements guide.
Why do you not offer customer service via phone?
Our low prices can be offered only if we maintain a low cost structure. Consequently, we have decided to offer customer support by e-mail only. We are, however, committed to reply all e-mail queries within 24 hrs Monday - Friday.
How do I change details in an already placed order?
As long as the garments ordered have not gone in production, you have the chance to alter details/measurements by mailing our customer service. The status of your order can either be checked by logging in onto your account or by contacting our customer service.
Which fit should I choose?
When choosing a fit, your comfort is the most important factor to take into consideration.
For shirts:
Our Slim fit model is accurately cut to match your body without unwanted excess fabric. Please note that we of course add movement room to your shirt when producing it.
If you want a little more movement room in your shirt we recommend our Normal fit. This is also cut to match your figure, but leaves a little more ease for you to move. A comfortable fit while still being formal.
For casual occasions or if you are a big person, try our Loose fit. This is a straight cut, leaving much more movement room in your shirt. As this fit leaves quite a bit of extra fabric on the shirt, it is not recommended for formal occasions
For polo piqués:
Normal fit is very comfortable with ample room for movement.
Slim fit is tighter and cut to follow your body shape closer
What is your privacy policy?
Tailor Store Sweden is responsible for all personal information that you register with us. We are committed to handle this information with integrity and in accordance with current jurisdiction (PUL, Personuppgiftslagen). In order to place an order with us, you must register name, e-mail and delivery address. The e-mail and delivery addresses you have registered will be used for delivering orders and customer service purposes only and in relevant cases to send newsletters if you have signed up for this free service. No other third party will get access to your personal information. Sensitive information is always transmitted via secure and encrypted internet connections and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technique is used to protect all personal data in connection with the purchasing and payment processes. We use third party cookies for statistical purposes and in order to facilitate and securely manage the purchasing process when you are visiting the site.
