Prices are inclusive 17.50 % VAT. In case of changes in the VAT, we retain the right to change our prices accordingly. As a Tailor Store customer, you will not incur any extra charges except those specified in the total amount of your shopping basket. The shirts are always sent duty free within the EU.

The product's depiction on the shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non binding online catalogue. By clicking the button 'COMPLETE ORDER' you place a binding order of the goods you added to the basket. You will get the order confirmation without delay by e-mail. The contract will be concluded when we send a dispatch confirmation e-mail or by the delivery of the goods. The contracts text is included in the order confirmation e-mail and will be stored by Tailor Store. For safety reasons your order's data are not available via internet but can be provided to you on request.
No cookies letting third-party users make use of your account, or trace your personal internet activities on the Tailor Store website. Third party cookies are only being used to create statistics about the usage of our site excluding any personal information. Cookies are only needed to remember the goods in your shopping cart. All bank transactions are encrypted.
Our custom made products are normally delivered within about 4-5 weeks, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances, such as when fabric has run out, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the 4-5 weeks schedule and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible. The maximum shipping cost we charge is £5.95 (when selecting the shipment method "Post - Standard package" without "split delivery" option). You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving a reason. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.

Goods made to the consumer's specifications like shirts and boxershorts are excluded from the right to cancel.
Tailor Store's custom made products are always made to the measurements given by you. If you choose body measurements, the measurements of a shirt are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim, normal or loose fit). If you choose the shirt measurements option, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on the original shirt, however, we can not guarantee that the seams and the design will be identical to the original shirt. Please note that sometimes there is an adjustment of 1/2 - 1 cm (1/4 - 1/2 inches) made. We can not guarantee that your shirt made to the measurements from our size chart will have a perfect fit. That is why we always recommend you use your personal measurements instead. Please be aware that sometimes there are visible chalk marks on our shirts which will dissolve after the first washing. We continuously strive to further improve the quality of our products and introduce new designs to our shirts and website. That is the reason why sometimes two shirts can differ a little, especially if they were ordered at different times. Shirts made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process. If any other problems occur, we will do our best to solve them as soon as possible as we value our customers opinion.
If the measurements or design of the custom made product you ordered does not correspond with your given measurements for reasons other than mentioned above, we will offer you a new product free of charge or your money back. Tailor Store takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments, under the condition that you return the custom made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method. As our customer, you are responsible for the given measurements.
Our ambition is to keep our overhead costs at a minimum in order to maintain low and attractive prices to our customers. One implication of this is that we have no customer support by phone. We handle all customer contacts by e-mail and we are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Please use the "contact us page" under customer service for the fastest response.
Tailor Store is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Tailor Store being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Tailor Store considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Tailor Store, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
