Validity

This agreement is valid until further notice between the EU consumer (you) with minimum age 18 years and the manufacturer (Tailor Store). For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase.


Prices

All prices are including 17.50 % VAT. As a Tailor Store customer, you will not incur any extra charges except those specified in the total amount of your shopping cart. The products are always sent duty free within the EU.


Payment

You may select from the following options

  • VISA or Mastercard. No extra charges will apply.
  • Paypal. 5% extra payment charges apply.
The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying via credit card, the order value will be withdrawn directly.


Conclusion of the contract

The product's depiction on the shop's website does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. Through clicking on the button 'COMPLETE ORDER', you place a binding order of the goods which you added to your shopping cart before. You will receive an order confirmation without delay via e-mail. The contract will be concluded as soon as we send a dispatch confirmation e-mail or through the delivery of the goods. The contract's text is included in the order confirmation e-mail and will be stored by Tailor Store. For safety reasons, your order's data will not be available online but can be provided upon your request.


Cookies and Security

A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies enable you to place an order on our website and allow us to enhance and personalize your online browsing and shopping experience.

For example, we use cookies to:

Since each browser differs slightly from the others, look at your browser 'Help' menu to learn more about the modification of your cookie settings. If you choose to turn cookies off in general, you will not have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient. Furthermore, most of our services will not function properly.


Delivery

Our custom-made products will usually be delivered within about 4-5 weeks, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, such as unexpected shortages in our fabric stock, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the 4-5 weeks schedule and deliver our goods as swiftly as possible. The maximum shipping cost we charge is £7.95 (when selecting the shipment method "Post - Standard package" without choosing the "split delivery" option). Right to cancel

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time without giving a reason. In order to do so, please contact us before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. When cancelling the contract, you have to return any goods supplied at your own expense.

Exceptions to the right to cancel



Goods made to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the right to cancel.


Tolerances

Tailor Store's custom-made products are always tailored according to the measurements provided by you. If you choose body measurements, the measurements of the resulting shirt are adjusted depending on the fit selected by you (slim, normal or loose fit). If you choose the shirt measurements option, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on the original shirt. However, we cannot guarantee that the seams and design will be identical to the original shirt. We generally accept a slight variance from the original measurement. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that a shirt in a standard size will have a perfect fit which is why we always recommend to create an individual profile with your own measurements instead. Please note that there might be visible chalk marks on our shirts which will disappear after the first washing. We continuously strive to improve the quality of our products and introduce new designs to our shirts and website. This may cause that at some point two shirts can differ slightly, especially when ordered at different times. Shirts made from different rolls of fabric may deviate a bit in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process. If any other problems should occur, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We value our customers' opinions and will of course try solve matters as quickly as possible


Warranty

If the measurements or design of the custom-made product you ordered does not correspond with your order for reasons other than mentioned above, we will offer you a new product free of charge by crediting your customer account. Please note that unused credits on your Tailor Store customer account will expire after one year. Tailor Store also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method. As our customer, you are responsible for correctness of the given measurements.


Service

In order to maintain low and attractive prices to our customers, it is our aim to keep overhead costs at a minimum. As one of the results, we do not offer customer support by phone. All customer contacts are done via e-mail and we are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours during the working week (Monday - Friday). Please use the contact form in our customer service section to receive the quickest response.


Personal information

Tailor Store is responsible for the integrity of personal information provided by our customers. Your personal information and contact data is only used for internal purposes and will not be given out to third parties.


Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, the agreement can be considered as judicially cancelled with neither customer nor Tailor Store being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Tailor Store considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Tailor Store, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
